Standard hire is 5 hours, with bookings ranging up to 8 hours or more if required.
Can I extend my hire?

• Mini Golf: $100 per hour
• Golf Simulator: $200 per hour

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. All hires include delivery, setup, and pack down.
Can mini golf be set up indoors?

Yes, as long as there is enough space.
Do you travel outside Newcastle?

Yes. Free delivery within 10km of Warners Bay.
Outside this area is $0.99 per km.
Do I need power?

Simulator hire requires power.
What happens if it rains?

Full refund will be provided if weather is unsafe.
Indoor setup may be possible if suitable space is available.
Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Who is responsible for damage?

The customer is responsible for any damage or loss during the hire period.
Are you insured?

Yes. Backyard Birdies holds public liability insurance and operates as a fully insured event hire business.
Do you offer discounts for regular bookings?

Yes. Reduced rates are available for recurring bookings such as schools, OOSH services, corporate programs, and community organisations. Contact us to discuss ongoing hire pricing.
