Cancellation Policy

Booking confirmation:

Bookings are not confirmed until the 20% non-refundable deposit has been received. Remaining balance due prior to or on day of hire.

Hire period & Additional time:

Standard hire is 8 hours.

Additional time:

• Mini Golf: $100 per hour

• Golf Simulator: $200 per hour

Delivery & Travel:

Free within 10km of Warners Bay.

$0.99 per km outside this area (to and from).

Setup Requirements:

Customer must provide safe, flat, clear space. Indoor setup may be possible if space is suitable.

Supervision:

Customer must supervise children and ensure safe use. Staff can be provided for simulator if requested when booking.

Weather:

Full refund or reschedule if unsafe. Indoor setup may be possible.

Damage & Loss:

Customer responsible for any damage or loss. Repair or replacement costs may be charged.

Safety & Liability:

Backyard Birdies is fully insured. Not responsible for injury caused by misuse or unsafe behaviour.

Recurring Bookings:

Discounted rates available. Contact us to arrange.

Cancellation:

Deposits non-refundable. Weather cancellations may be refunded or rescheduled.

Agreement:

By booking, customer agrees to these terms.
